Berger, Young & Associates Ltd. is an international legal consulting firm that provides investment,
finance, corporate structuring and other transaction services in respect of foreign investments in Cuba since
1998.
Its founding partners are Sebastiaan A.C. Berger and Cameron Young.
Berger Young has extensive on-the-ground experience in Cuba and a corresponding office arrangement with the
Cuban business law firm Consultores y Abogados Internacionales (CONABI).
The firm works with banks and multinational companies to offer assistance regarding the set up of
joint ventures, secured finance structures, tax and other (cross border) legal assistance.
They do not offer services to individuals.
